Shipping & Returns
We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your
purchase for any reason, please call us & we will try to take care
of the problem.
If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the
delay as soon as we receive your order.
We won't charge you until
your item is shipped.
To keep ground shipping prices as low as possible we automatically
choose the most efficient carrier based on weight and location.
Returns
Authorized returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.
Customers returning product are responsible for all return postage.
Please enclose a copy of the invoice with the returned item.
In the event we make an error we will gladly authorize the return
of the product and pay for the return of item.
